Sabel VET Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sabel VET handles account, pet passport, reminder, and care information for users of the Sabel VET mobile app.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We May Process

Depending on the features you use, Sabel VET may process the following information:

Account information, such as name, phone number, email address, and sign-in details.
Pet profile information, such as pet name, type, breed, age, gender, and notes.
Care records, such as vaccination dates, medicine notes, visit history, and reminders.
App usage and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
Payment status for subscriptions. Card details are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Sabel VET.

3. How We Use Information

To create and restore your Sabel VET account across devices.
To save pet passports, reminders, care notes, and related history.
To send or show care reminders that you request in the app.
To provide customer support, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.
To manage subscriptions, trials, and access to paid features through the official app stores.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, support, analytics, payments, or security. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

5. Storage and Retention

We keep information while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. To reduce unnecessary storage, Sabel VET may delete inactive account data if the user has not opened or used the app for up to 3 months, unless legal, security, or accounting reasons require a longer period.

6. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support@sabel.az. Subscription cancellation is managed through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. Children and Pet Health Notice

Sabel VET is intended for general pet owners and is not directed to children as a primary audience. Sabel VET helps organize pet care information, but it does not diagnose, treat, or replace a qualified veterinarian. Always contact a veterinarian for health decisions about your pet.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our app, backend, advertising, analytics, or subscription features change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
